About Zimmerman Meats

Zimmerman Meats is a USDA Inspected meat processing facility with three Missouri retail locations to serve our customers.

We process beef, hogs, lamb, goats, bison and deer. If you want to have an animal processed, give us a call! Need us to provide a top quality animal for processing? We do that too!

Zimmerman Meats was established in 2003 by Mr. Zimmerman who built the business from a small butcher shop to a State Inspected processing plant.  The company was sold to its current owners in 2015, and has since graduated from state to USDA inspection, and added retail stores and co-packing services for customers. The Zimmerman Meats brand is well-respected and the processing facility continues to serve customers across the region.

Zimmerman Meats believes in quality and customer service. Our USDA Inspected facility practices industry leading processes and equipment. Our showroom features a great selection of products. Looking to try some of the best meat snacks around? We make beef jerky, snack sticks and summer sausage.
