Note: These are estimates only. Final cost will depend on actual weight, market fluctuations in livestock prices, and cut order details. 

We will not ask for a deposit until we have secured an animal from one of our partner producers for your order. This can take as little as 1-2 weeks or as much as 10-14+ weeks depending on the season and availability.
