We work for several brands you’ll find in your local grocery store or farmers market. There are even pet stores and an amusement park that feature products manufactured by Zimmerman Meats. Examples of our private label work:

  • Snack sticks and summer sausage for regional beef and bison producers

  • Human-grade shelf-stable meat snacks for pets

  • Custom-branded proteins for non-profit food agencies

  • Specialty bulk beef jerky

Custom Processing

For customers who raise their own livestock, we offer USDA-inspected harvest and processing — just call for an appointment! Deliver your animal to our plant in Summersville by 10am on your scheduled day, and we’ll do the rest.

Or, we’re glad to purchase a locally-raised animal on your behalf and butcher it to your specifications. Perhaps you only need a half or quarter: We can do that too!
