Many butcher shops across America are producing ground beef from leftover bits and pieces from many different animals. Then often times non beef filler is added to the meat.

We put the WHOLE beef in our WHOLE BEEF ground beef—choice cuts included to ensure quality in every bite!

At Zimmerman Meats, ground beef comes first. We start with locally sourced beef. Next, all of our beef is processed and packaged right here in Summersville, Missouri. Finally, we stock the product for you at all our retail locations:
Summersville, Salem, and Marshfield.
